Mahavir Nagar falls between Kandivali and Borivali West. People have 2 choices to travel to Kandivali Railway Station or to Borivali Railway Station both within 3kms from the Mahavir Nagar. BEST buses have decent frequency. Upcoming Metro Station on Dahisar West - DN Nagar route will give a boost to the region in terms of improved connectivity to workplace. Since Gujarat's are mostly into the Business of Gold and Jewellery, travelling to Zaveri Bazaar near Marine Lines or Bharat Diamond Bourse in BKC will become easier because of Metro.
